10. A leaching method for complex Copper sulfide-bearing Gold concentrate (invention patent)

A method for hydrometallurgy process, especially for leaching the complex Copper sulfide -bearing Gold concentrate is provided in this patent. The ore is pulped, stirred; Cu , Au and Ag are recovered respectively by solvent extraction or by cyanide, subsequently reduced by zinc powder;the residue is refloated, dissolved, subsequently filtered at a relatively high temperature to recover sulfur. In the process of stirring, one or several catalyzers , which can alter the surfactivity of the copper sulfides, such as iron nitrate, iron sulfide, iron chloride, vanadium oxide, manganese compound and titanium compound are added with a quantity of 0.05~1.0mol/L. This invention can be applied to the oxidizing leaching process at a normal atmosphere and low temperature, and it can be easily controlled by simple operation. The method also has the features of environmental safety, low cost, high leaching of gold, silver, copper with low content of impurities. Furthermore, it can recover sulfur in the process.

 

11.A  bottom feeding equipment in an absorption tower for absorbing gold from heap leaching liquid(utility model patent) 

This utility model patent presents a hydrometallurgical adsorption equipment, especially a bottom feeding equipment in an absorption tower for absorbing gold from heap leaching liquid. The equipment consists of support frame, cone, roller, carbon -filter screen, discharge pipe, feed pipe and carbon-discharge valve. The feed pipe is connected directly to a carbon-discharge valve, then jointly connected to the smaller one of the conical bottoms; a discharge pipe and a carbon feeding hole which stretch to the inside of the roller was set on the roller’s cover; both the flanges of the discharge pipe inserting to the roller and the feed pipe connecting to the smaller conical bottom were covered by carbon-filter screen. With this equipment, less sediments like mud, sand and other wastes deposit in the tower, so the liquid stream can flows smoothly without any hindrance. It is also enabled to discharge the gold-loading carbon automatically no matter the carbon is wet or dry, so it demands less labor power. With a high absorption capacity, the high-efficient equipment is quite suitable for hydrometallurgy process.
