The testing company under Zijin Mining Group, occupying a land area of 1200 square meters, owns three testing rooms, rock-mineral identification room and organic testing room and possesses large-scale advanced precision testing equipment such as the Axios X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, ARL4460 metal direct-reading spectrometer, plasma spectrometer, Spectraa220FS atomic absorption spectrometer, the Swiss Metrohm 761 ion chromatograph, EMGA-620W nitrogen-oxygen analyzer and MX5 Mettler-Toledo millionth micro precision scale, etc. It also possesses sample processing equipment such as rolls, jaw crusher, slicer, lapping machine and polisher, etc and various kinds of microscopes. The total number of professional equipment amounts to 164 sets or units.

In 2001, the testing company was ratified by China National Authentication Laboratory (CNAL); in 2003 and 2005, it successively passed the “CNAL verification of the analytical capability for chemical components (copper, iron, lead, phosphor, arsenic)in T0128 pure copper”, “the CNAL verification of the analytical capability for chemical components (lead, zinc, arsenic, silver) in T0229 lead-zinc ore” organized by CNAL; in March 2006, it passed the examination of crude gold bullions by fire test by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and reached the national advanced level; in January 2006, the “rock-mineral identification and testing” obtained the C-class qualification of geological survey; in October 2006, it acquired the measuring authentication certificate, the its measuring and testing capability for 258 testing items under 28 major categories of materials, namely, gold, silver and copper products; iron, magnesium, copper, lead, zinc, tungsten, molybdenum, tin, nickel, cobalt, gold and silver ores, mineral products, silicate, active carbon, gold-leaded carbon, geological and chemical prospecting and water samples, etc, was verified；In February 2007, it passed the review of the state-authorized lab transformation/expansion  organized by National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment  (CNAS)，its testing capability for 234 testing items under 26 major categories was recognized.

It is ready to undertake the testing business from external clients.
