Mr. Liu Xiaochu, Vice Chairman：Mr. Liu was once the Principal Staff Member, Deputy Director and then Director of Fujian Provincial Economic System Reform Commission, during which period he guided the reconstruction of the shareholding system and the listing of most enterprises in Fujian. Later, he assumed the posts of director, vice-president, etc of Xinhuadu Industrial Company Limited. In August 2000, Mr. Liu was appointed as Vice-chairman of Zijin Mining Group Company Limited and has held the position till now. Mr. Liu is familiar with the Company Law and relevant regulations on company listing and he has a deep understanding of the capital market.
