Mr. Zou Laichang, Director & Senior Vice-president：Male，born in 1968, graduated from the Specialty of Chemical Processing Engineering of Forest Products of Fujian Forestry College（former name of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University), Bachelor of Engineering，Senior Engineer. Mr. Zou once worked as Section Chief of Shanghang (County) Forest Chemicals Factory, Deputy Factory Director of the Gold Smelting Plantof Zijin Mining Group, Standing Director of the Institute of Mining & Metallurgy of Zijin Mining Group, Associate Chief Engineer then Chief Engineer of Zijin Mining Group, etc. In August 2006, he was appointed as Executive Director & Senior Vice-president of Zijin Mining Group. Mr. Zou has strong capability in hydrometallurgy and is one of the principal researchers of a series of major scientific and technological achievements of the Company. He is the winner of a number of awards for scientific and technological achievements at provincial or ministerial levels.
