Mr. Long Bingkun, Independent Non-executive Director：Male，born in 1964, graduated from Hong Kong University, bachelor of arts，obtained membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers. Mr. Long is a lawyer who serves Hong Kong, England and Wales and is the founder of the Long Bingkun-Yang Yong'an Law Firm. In August 2003, he was appointed as Independent Non-executive Director of Zijin Mining Group Company Limited and has held the position till now. Mr. Long is proficient in corporate and securities laws & regulations of both Hong Kong and the Mainland.
