Mr. Lin Yongjing, Independent Non-executive Director：Male，born in 1943, graduated from the accounting specialty of the Department of Economics of Xiamen University，Senior Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Public Valuer. Mr. Lin was once the Director of Fujian Huaxing Public Accounting Firm, Senior Accountant，Director of Fujian Assets Appraisal Center，Director General of Fujian State-owned Assets Administration, Deputy Director-General of Fujian Provincial Department of Finance（treated as the Department Director), Member of 7th CPPCC Fujian Committee. He is now the Specially Invited Expert of China State-owned Assets Management Experts Committee, Senior Member of China Appraisal Society, Specially Invited Professor of Fujian Institute of Economics and Management, Adjunct Professor of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. In August 2006, he was appointed as the Non-executive Director. Mr. Lin is a senior expert of accounting, auditing and asset management. |
