Mr. Zhou was former Workshop Director of Shanghang County Crafts Factory; Chief Accountant, Deputy Manager and then Manager of Shanghang County Second Light Industry Company; Head of Unified Planning Subsection and later Head of Finance Subsection of 2nd Light Industry Bureau of Shanghang County. After he joined Zijin Mining Group, he was successive holders of Manager of Finance and Accounting Division, Chief Economist, Chief Accountant, CFO, etc. Currently, he is the CFO of Zijin Mining Group Company Limited. Mr. Zhou has rich experience in finance services.
Mr. Xie Chengfu, Parttime Vice-president：Male，born in 1966, graduated from the geology and minerals prospecting specialty of Changchun Geological Institute，Senior Engineer. Mr. Xie once worked for the 8th Sub-brigade of Minxi Geological Brigade and the 2nd Sub-brigade of Fujian Provincial Geological Brigade.
