Sep 6, Chen Jinghe, chairman and president of Zijin, and Luo Yulin, lieutenant governor of Qinghai, signed 《Strategic Co-operative Agreement between People’s Government of Qinghai and Zijin Mining Group Company Limited》 at Xi’ning, Qinghai.
To carry out scientific development view completely and implement strategy of west development further, and to demonstrate each advantage, deepen co-operation and expand the scope of it to achieve win-win situation, Qinghai government and Zijin mining jointly agree to form long-term strategic co-operation. Qinghai government will substantially back up Zijin in Qinghai in terms of intensified exploration and development of Qinghai’s minerals resources. The priority of allocation of minerals resource for Zijin, granted by government, will promote the level of Zijin’s sustainability, fast-growth, steady development and make it a fresh economic growth point in the very near future.
Both parties have shared consensus on utilizing resources comprehensively, developing cycled economy, prompting chain of products and strengthening more efforts on minerals geological exploration, meanwhile, both have talked about specific project and directed the potential cooperation.
